The National Crime Victims' Rights Week Community Awareness Projects (NCVRW CAP) is administered by the National Assiciation of VOCA Assistance Administrators under a cooperative agreement from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office for Victims of Crime (OVC). NAVAA represents the 56 state and territorial agencies that manage U.S. Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) victim assistance formula grants.
